Private Lessons

Private teacher to student classes can be extremely useful for a variety of reasons:

  • Maybe you are brand new, or feel like a ‘beginner’ to yoga, and would like to have a greater understanding of the foundations of yoga asana (postures) correct body alignment and breathing, terminology, Sanskrit language or the history and philosophy of yoga
  • How Yoga can be used as therapy,­ in the case of injury, trauma or dis­ease in the physical, emotional, mental or spiritual body
  • Yoga for the elderly to­ assist with better balance, strength, pain relief or to learn breathing and mindfulness tools to help deal with loneliness, fatigue, or depression
  • For families, couples or friends to spend some quality fun time together 🙂
