Slow Flow

A gentle, flowing Vinyasa practice that focuses on slowing down the breath in order to move in harmony and rhythm with the body. As the name suggests, this practice becomes a moving meditation, allowing space to tap in to the subtle energies flowing through us all. Because the movements are deliberately slow, muscles are deeply strengthened, while simultaneously balancing length and flexibility via long static holds in between.

Yin

This beautiful practice allows one to withdraw from the outside senses and take a journey within, through long, supported floor positions that gently stretch and stress the deeper, connective tissues of the body, being muscle fascia, tendons, ligaments, bones and joints. This brings greater freedom and range of movement in the physical body, while also giving opportunity for release to occur on deeper emotional and energetic levels.

Pranayama

Delve into the transformative movement and experience of the breath. It is understood that we can release a large percentage of our toxins via the breath. Learn techniques that will support greater capacity for oxygen to move effectively through the body and also for the release of all that is used up, stagnant and ready to be let go of!
